After two long years of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Emerging Leaders have, quite literally, emerged to foster relationships and help their communities. Many of these leaders have taken initiatives to create engaging workplaces in which teams can better collaborate and communicate. Others have suggested new, innovative ways of using data analytics and processes to approach internal audits, to great success. And all have expressed a desire to continue learning, growing, and excelling in their profession.
